Second Patterson Toyota Ladies Night a big success!

On June 3, 2010, Patterson Toyota held its second Ladies Night! It was a night of fun and pampering for all ladies.
Patterson Toyota's Ladies Night started in 2009 as a way to say thank you to our female clientele as well as trying to make women feel more comfortable about coming into a car dealership. After last years success, we expanded on our test drive vehicles as well as adding some new vendors.
This year the ladies were treated to a free neck and shoulder massage by registered massage therapist Melissa Stokes. A free information session could be taken from Tracey Brown from Oasis Spa on micro abrasion therapy. Lynn Rose of Jolyn's Boutique brought some Spanks to show the ladies how these undergarments could be used to show their slimmer side. We also had Rose Hayden join us and give the ladies some free satin hand treatments from Mary Kay. And finally we were joined by Dr. Michael Pelkey, BSc (pharm), MD, FRCPC, and the Dietitans and Occupational Therapists from Upper River Valley Health who talked to the ladies about women's health issues.
If that wasn't enough, the ladies got to fill up on tasty sandwiches from the Pantry Shop, desserts from Fusion, a chocolate fondue fountain, nacho dip, caramel apple dip and more! Once they got filled up on food, the ladies could head out on the road and test drive any one of our vehicles, everything from a Yaris, to the new Sienna van could be enjoyed by the women. Some of those vehicles had a little extra something inside, the person who found the gift certificate for a free car wash, aquapel treatment or service could use it for their vehicle on their next visit to our shop.
To top everything off, we played some games, a three legged race to check fluids in a vehicle and a purse treasure hunt, which was enjoyed by all.
Patterson Toyota would like to thank everyone who attended our event, especially the vendors who helped make the evening a great success.
We'll see you all again next year!

Patterson Toyota Truck Night

As a farming community, we felt it would be a testament to our surroundings by having a Patterson Toyota Truck Night, so that we could showcase our trucks. On April 22, 2010 we held our first ever Truck Night, which was a great success!

The night started, as all nights should, with a pig roast. The succulent pork was roasted over a large barbeque pit, provided by Armor meats. We also had some baked potatoes and potato chips courtesy of Covered Bridge.

Then it was into the dirt. People piled into the FJ Cruiser and went 'off road' onto the mounds of dirt we had created in our backyard. It looked like so much fun, people started hopping into their trucks to try it out for themselves! Others headed over to test the brakes and maneuverability of our Tundra. Or they could test drive a Highlander, RAV4, Tacoma or Tundra with one of our Product Advisors.

The biggest hit of the night though was our mud pit. People lined up with their trucks to see if they could make it through the pit without getting stuck. People lined the banks to watch. More often than not, they had to be towed out of the pit by our backhoe, but they all had fun!

The night ended with door prize draws for gift baskets, t-shirts, mugs, Covered Bridge gift packs and a Patterson Toyota leather jacket.

We're already gearing up for next years Truck Night and it's going to be even bigger and better! We can't wait to see you all again next year!
