At Patterson Toyota, we want your car buying experience to be as fun and rewarding as possible. So come on in, grab a cup of joe, sit and have a chat with one of our Product Advisors (PA). The following is an outline of what you can expect when you walk through our doors.
Welcome!
Welcome to Patterson Toyota! When you first come into our dealership, you will be greeted by one of our PAs. If however, you are not approached by anyone, please proceed to our customer reception area where Santui will be happy to greet you and assist you in any way she can.
Information Session
One of our friendly sales staff will ask if you already have something in mind. New or used we can accommodate your needs. If you see a particular vehicle on our lot you are interested in, you can take a test drive. If you do not have a particular vehicle in mind our sales staff will invite you into their office where you can discuss your needs and we will find you the vehicle that is the best fit for you. Would you like some coffee? Tea? A glass of water? No problem, sit back, relax and tell your sales person what it is that you need.
Vehicle Selection
Once your PA has a better idea of what you're looking for, he will offer you information on the best options for you. If we don't have what you need on our lot? we'll get it for you! Your PA will go over all the options you can have on your vehicle and discuss the benefits of any options that he thinks will be of value to you.
Test Drive
Once you have decided on the vehicle you like, your PA will get you the keys to your desired vehicle so that you can sit behind the wheel and experience any of our award winning vehicles for yourself! Your PA will go over the vehicle with you so that you are comfortable and safe while driving.
The Numbers
At the end of your test drive if you decide to take the vehicle, your PA will go over some figures with you. The number of months you'd like to finance or lease for, your price range, any options that you would like to add to the vehicle, how much interest there will be, how much you can get for a trade in, etc. All these things will be discussed and explained to you by our sales staff.
Financing
When you are happy with your vehicle selection and pricing, you will be brought in to meet with our Finance and Information Manager, Debbie Smith. Debbie will inform you of the vehicle protection packages and life and disability coverage we have available that can be purchased and financed into your vehicle. If you choose to finance your vehicle through Toyota Credit Canada Inc. (TCCI) Debbie will also collect some information so that we may put a credit application in through TCCI. Once you are approved, either Debbie or your PA will call you to give you the good news.
Vehicle Pickup
When your vehicle is ready, you may come in to sign your paperwork and receive your user manual, keys and any other options which you may have purchased through Debbie. After you're all signed up your PA will take you to your vehicle which will have been washed, waxed and filled with gas, to go over the vehicle with you. Congratulations, you are now a Toyota owner!
